Ireland, Éire, is an island known for its breathtaking landscapes, staggering history, and vibrant culture. Standing on the edge of this magnificent island, I felt as though I was living a dream. The landscape exceeded all of my expectations—the plentiful green fields that seemed to continue forever, the remains of castle ruins, and the cliffs that meet the sea at every corner of the island’s coast. Every turn I made seemed to reveal a phenomenal story behind the stone castles or the rivers that hold memories of the past. The air felt almost thick with the scent of history, moving between the past and present. The people—this is where the majority of the warmth came from, a genuine kindness in their hearts. The pubs were filled with lively music and constant chatter, and time began to slow down as friends shared pints. Ireland has such a deep, soulful energy; it has engulfed my heart and soul.
