Greece, where ancient stories meet the Mamma Mia dream. From the majestic ruins of the Acropolis in Athens to the gorgeous, quiet city of Meteora, Greece felt like I was standing at the bridge between the mortal world and the land of the gods. Standing on the ancient ruins, I could almost feel the whispers of myths being told about the gods and legends that once lived. The gentle winter breeze carries the scent of olive trees everywhere. It feels like a Mamma Mia dream I never want to wake up from. Every day, I fall more and more in love with each sunset I watch, where the sky fills with vibrant oranges and yellows, with an occasional hint of pink, as if the heavens were serenading you. The warmth of the people and the divine culture of Greek food is enough to convince me to stay. Each bite had an impactful collection of rich flavors from the land and sea. The sea always calls me back.
